I'd never heard of Velcorin before ... very interesting, thanks. Shows a wine can be low/no preservative and still not necessarily minimum intervention, at least as I'd define it.

But then I remember when I was started studying oenology they called what they did "minimal intervention" too. I didn't.


Quick note.

I think the TWA investors are Singaporean not Chinese, but then again they are very mysterious and may well be from China, but I think they would have done the deal in HK if they are Chinese.
