Love the blog. I'm learning so much. We started a few years ago making our own wines and not with kits either. After seeing what the industry is doing to the wines on the market today, I'm not sure you can really call them wines any longer. We harvest 2 bushels of peaches this past summer and make about 30 bottles of wine from the clippings. AMAZING!

I would love to see a list on your blog about wines that you would recommend that might be found at your local store. Affordable options?

I'm hunting the Leon Trotskys, the Philip Roths, the Chaucers and the Edith Whartons of the wine world. I want them natural and most of all, I want them to speak the truth even if we argue. With this messiah thing going on, I'm trying to swell the ranks of those who crave the differences in each vintage, celebrate nuance and desire wines that make them think, laugh, and feel. Welcome.
